  2. Sear: Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the pork for 4-5 minutes on each side until deep golden brown.
  3. Add to Slow Cooker: Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Sauce Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, honey, chicken broth, and vinegar. Then pour the sauce over the pork chops.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
